Chainfluent Logistics, a Blackwood Holdings Group company (“Chainfluent,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at chainfluentlogistics.kinsta.cloud or engage with our consulting services. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

Contact Forms

When you submit a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is submitted voluntarily and is used to respond to your inquiry.

Consultation Booking

When you schedule a consultation through our booking system (powered by Amelia), we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment time, and any notes you provide about your project or needs. Payment information collected during booking is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate form to understand how visitors use our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver consulting services, and fulfill our contractual obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the information they process on our behalf:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Payment processing for consultation bookings and services is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption. Chainfluent does not store credit card numbers or payment card data on our systems. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Amelia (Appointment Booking)

Our consultation scheduling system is powered by Amelia, a booking plugin that processes appointment data including your name, email, phone number, and appointment details. This information is stored in our WordPress database on our Kinsta-hosted servers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about page views, session duration, traffic sources, and general geographic location. This data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

  • Essential Cookies: Required for basic website functionality, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. You may opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out tool.
